Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk will be delivering a talk at TED 2017 on Fri Apr 28, 2017. The 5 day long sold-out event started Monday 24th Apr where inspirational leaders from different walks of life have gathered to speak on the main theme “The Future You”. This year’s TED is happening in Vancouver BC, Canada.
This year’s event focuses on “the most insistent questions of our time and to envision the collective future of the planet”. The main theme is segmented into 11 sub-topics or eleven sessions. A single session covers the ideas of multiple speakers given around 18 minutes each to deliver their point-of-view.
Technology, Entertainment, Design (TED) conference started 33 years ago in 1984 and became a consistent annual event by 1990. Their slogan is “ideas worth spreading” and they remain true to their mission by freely distributing the talks given by leading personalities with inspiring or radical thoughts, inventive ideas or the story of their path to success.
The 11th & final session Elon Musk will headline is called “The Future Us” where Elon along with other speakers will interpret what the future holds for us and what should be our direction for survival or success.
