Drag Race Model X & LaFerrari vs Rimac Concept One

20 Aug Ludicrous Mode & LaFerrari Power Is Not Enough For The Rimac Concept One

An amzing drag race was organized by Archie Hamiltion Racing between the fastest bad guys of the automobile industry. Ferrari’s flagship super car LaFerrari and Tesla’s infamous Model S – P90D in Ludicrous mode compete against the croatian born Rimac Concept One.

All these 3 are best in their game when it comes to speed, power and agility. Before you look at the drag-race video, take a snapshot below of what these three super cars are capable of.

Tesla Model S P90D

    • Top Speed: 350 km/h
    • Torque: 664 lb-ft
    • Price (MSRP):  US $1.416 million

So it’s time to see how these two powerful cars perform against the first all electric hyper-car The Rimac Concept One.

Now we have the result of the race ! Now the ludicrous mode is well behind the 1080 hp Concept One monster and LaFerrari is close but not close-enough. Rimac as a manufacturer is able to hand-made this marvel of power and driving dynamics in a country which is not very famous for this level of engineering. This is a great achievement for a full time Electric Vehicle which even Tesla should appreciate. I think it will be a while before any electric car is born of this level except for Concept_S from Rimac themselves at the moment.

  • Although it’s beaten by a fraction, I still love the beauty of LaFerrari !

Why do you use a picture and specs of a Mode X when the video uses a Model S?

    • Thanks bro, I fixed everything on the page… I think I got lost in the beauty of LaFerrari & Rimac that I forgot not to look closely at the Tesla 🙂
